Review: E.L.F Flawless Finish Foundation

Hey everyone!

After liking the E.L.F Poreless Face Primer, I decided to try out the E.L.F Flawless Finish Foundation.

First of all, I like that this foundation comes in a pump, so that I don’t have to worry about pouring too much of it. Plus, this foundation has a nice smell that actually lasts all day. If you don’t like your makeup to smell, you shouldn’t go for this foundation.

It claims it has an SPF of 15 and there is no way for me to prove that because it is currently winter in Canada and the sun is not very “strong”. If ever used as a sunscreen, the instructions say to reapply every 2 hours. It also claims to be removable by rinsing with water. I can’t confirm that because I’ve rinsed it with water and it didn’t move. However, it is not a foundation that is “difficult” because it comes off easily when you wash your face with makeup remover.

When it comes to the finish, this foundation has a nice natural dewy finish. It is not matte and I find that it is quite moisturizing. It is long-lasting, however, if you have very oily skin, or very oily parts on your skin, it will probably wear off during the day. If you have normal or dry skin, this foundation will work out perfectly for you.

As for the price, it is definitely worth it and affordable. So, if you’re on a budget you might want to consider this product.

Price: 6.00$ US, 8.00$ CAD

Availability: Walmart (Canada and U.S.) and other drugstores.

Have you tried this foundation? Did it work out for you? Which foundation should I try next? Let me know in the comments below!

Til next time,
